To book a service, download Hooman Mobile Application from Playstore or App Store and log in using your mobile number.

You are charged based on the package you select from our list of services, which is available on the Hooman App.

You can pay by using any credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, Google Pay, Paytm, Or through your Hooman App wallet.

We will notify you through SMS, and push notification on successful booking of the service and reminder on the upcoming appointment will be sent 4 hours before the scheduled time.

Go to the Appointments section of the Hooman App, then select the appointment which you like to reschedule and click the “Contact us” button. Our customer support executive will contact you within a few minutes to reschedule your service.

You need to ensure that you've signed in with your mobile number that was used to place the order to see them in the app. All orders that you place with us are tied to the mobile number that you provide against the order. Visit the 'Appointments' section of the Hooman app to view all your bookings.

Login to our Hooman app using your mobile number, select the grooming service packages based on your required service, schedule a time, set your location, and book your appointment.

We may charge a cancellation fee when you cancel your service, 2 hrs before your appointment schedule.

We will refund the amount to the account which was used to make the payment.
